      CANCEL POLICY

      (1). Order within 1 days of payment, we will cancel the order and refund full for you.

      (2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund the 90% of the total amount since our worker has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

      (3). Order with shipping, we can not cancel the order, Please understand. Sorry.

       

      RETURN POLICY


      We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another one within 30 days of receiving your order.

      Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
      Merchandise must be Unopened.
      Merchandise must have all original tags and packaged attached.
      Except for quality issues, special products are not participating in the return policy.

      You do not need to return it if the product arrives which was poorly made, please send us some photos, we will reship it or refund after check your photos.


      Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at info@ambernai.net , stating reason for return.


      RETURNS/EXCHANGES


      Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded . The shipping back charges are non-refundable.

      To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

      Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.)
      Mail your return to address provided to you via email.
      Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

      REFUNDS


      Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.

      • The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
      • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
      • All refunds are subject to a $4.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
      • Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
